Travelling Europe | Cycling The Sites Of Amsterdam

Out of the country and back to the city; in Amsterdam I did many things I never thought I would do - and no that's not meant to be rude.

When I arrived I went to a clog and cheese demonstration, it was a bit weird I must admit, but I had to pop a bit of culture into my visit somehow! The little clog shop at the farm was adorable. I took a bike tour around Amsterdam to see some of the most iconic sties (I hadn't properly ridden a bike in years!) and I can safely say that I now no longer understand the phrase 'it's like riding a bike'. The city is beautiful, and I think this is a side of Amsterdam that is often ignored. I loved all the tall spired buildings, the canals and the lovely flower markets. Another thing I love about this city is the green spaces and parks, which I hadn't seen much of in the other cities I had visited.
