3 New Nail Varnishes by Tanya Burr Cosmetics

Tanya Burr has recently given her brand, Tanya Burr Cosmetics, a complete make over and rebranded everything with super cute packaging. Along with this, Tanya capsuled her original line with her favourites and brought out some new products such as eye shadow quads, brow powders and some cheek products. Today I wanted to show you some of the new nail varnishes she has released, all which are beautiful muted pastels (right up my street!)

First lets talk about the formula - it's thick (but not in a really gloopy way) which means they come out opaque on the nails after 1/2 coats. Despite this, for some reason they dry pretty quickly too which is a bonus as I'm always the one who smudges my nails on everything moments after painting them! They dry with a glossy finish so I don't really tend to use a top coat with them. The longevity of them is good, but not ground breaking.. it's very rare I find a polish that will last a full week on my nails though!

All three of the colours I got are new editions, and I think my favourite of the bunch is 'Duvet Day' which is a light grey and is a nice neutral alternative to nude or pink! 'Fairy Godmother' is a beautiful lilac with undertones of blue and has been a colour I've been searching for, it'll look amazing in the Spring but to be honest its been on my nails all the time regardless of the season! Lastly, we have 'Frosting Cupcakes' which is a typical girly pink and a bit of a classic colour for me.

On another note - doesn't Tanya pick out the cutest names?! They are all so fitting and you can tell she puts a bit of herself into each of her products which is really nice to see with a beauty brand! You can buy Tanya Burr Cosmetics exclusively in store at Superdrug and online at Feel Unique.
