Spa Trip

This week Ian decided to treat me to a spa trip! (what a cutie) We've never been to Windsor before and it's only about an hour and half away from us so we decided that it would be the perfect destination! We stayed at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel & Spa which is located in the heart of Windsor. As you can see from the photos it's an absolutely beautiful hotel! It has an traditional, classic English vibe which I loved as it had such a cosy feel! We spent our afternoon chilling in the jacuzzi and sauna which was so nice to relax for a few hours. The hotels location is right by the riverside so while you are eating breakfast you get a lovely view of the swans, not a bad way to spend a Monday morning in my opinion!

All the staff at the hotel were super nice; somehow we ended up leaving one of our bags behind at the hotel.. you can imagine our faces when we got home and looked in the boot to see we were missing a suitcase! They managed to send us the case through a courier and now we've been reunited!  If you're looking for a quiet hotel to have a few down days, I would definitely recommend Sir Christopher Wren! It was so nice to spend a few quality days with Ian too! More on what we got up to in Windsor coming soon..

Hope you're all having a lovely week!
